LuxeEditor is operated by TSC America LLC.

We use Shopify OAuth and Shopify APIs to install the app, save merchant section configuration, sync section data, and respond to required compliance webhooks.

Data we process

• Store domain and installation status
• Offline access token issued by Shopify
• Section settings saved by the merchant
• Theme publishing records and billing event logs

How data is used

Data is used only to operate the app, publish merchant-approved sections, support billing flows, and handle Shopify privacy law requests.

Data deletion

When the app is uninstalled, the uninstall webhook clears the saved access token. Shopify privacy webhooks can also trigger deletion of saved configuration data.
